What a fantastic finale to our PFC training! ๐ŸŽ‰โœจ Today, our apprentice PFs took part in a hands-on simulation that focused on providing guidance and counseling to someone in need. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿง  They truly embodied empathy and understanding as they practiced their skills! ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ฌ

As we celebrate the joy, lights, and traditions of Christmas, letโ€™s also remember to check in on ourselves and one another. Not everyone experiences the season the same way, and thatโ€™s okay. Rest when you need to, reach out when things feel heavy, and allow yourself grace. Your mental health is just as important as the celebrations.
