What a fantastic finale to our PFC training! ๐ŸŽ‰โœจ Today, our apprentice PFs took part in a hands-on simulation that focused on providing guidance and counseling to someone in need. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿง  They truly embodied empathy and understanding as they practiced their skills! ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ฌ

Rest when you need to, reach out when things feel heavy, and allow yourself grace. Your mental health is just as important as the celebrations.
