ATTENTION: For students who passed the Comprehensive Examination:
1. To expedite the processing of your request, please download the needed Thesis forms by clicking the link below before coming to the IODE director’s office: https://www.pup.edu.ph/ous/forms
2. For your reference, please download the University Thesis and Dissertation manual to conform with the new thesis parts, format and style.
*Reminder for students with waiver: Despite the fact that your name appeared in the list of Comprehensive Examination Passers, it is still understood that the results of your comprehensive examination will be considered null and void if you incur the following:
A rating of Incomplete (INC);
Withdrawn (W);
Dropped (D);
Failed (5.00); or
Any grade lower than 2.00.
