I. DESCRIPTION

This course provide comprehensive hands-on training on the design of control systems. Different electrical components will be employed (PUSH BUTTON, RELAYS, TIMERS, COUNTERS). Various practical applications will be covered in details and translated in ladder and wiring d

iagrams. Ample time is given for simulation and actual wiring installation. OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this module, the participant must be able to:

1. Design basic and intermediate level control systems.
2. Utilize functions of push buttons / mechanical relays / timers / counters.
3. Understand, interpret and install a basic to intermediate level control systems diagram. DURATION: 40Hrs

IV. COMPETENCY LISTINGS

1. Design Control Systems.
2. Create control ladder diagrams and modify existing ones.
3. Understand relay operation.
4. Use timer functions.
5. Use counter functions.
6. Create hard Documentation of sequence control projects.


40hrs of extensive hands-on technical training using industry wide use electrical components such as push buttons, mechanical relays, timers, counters. Learn to use, wire and setup this electrical components and get a chance to land for a much better job.
