In reference to Memorandum Circular No. 127 issued by the Office of the President, Malacañang, relative to continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon, Taguig City University management announces that all classes starting from 12:00 NN onwards today will shift to synchronous online learning.

📌 Proof of Engagement Requirements:
Use the official university virtual background during online sessions.

Join the photo documentation during class.
Submit a duly filled-out evaluation form for each class.

Please stay indoors, take necessary safety precautions, and monitor official university channels for further updates.

May mga umagang hindi lamang sinasalubong ng pag-angat ng watawat, kundi ng mga salitang matagal nang nakatanim sa ating pagkatao. Sa pagbubukas ng Buwan ng Wika, muling umalingawngaw ang paalala na ang wikang minana ay hindi lamang binibigkas, ito’y isinasabuhay, ipinaglalaban, at ipinapamana sa bawat bagong henerasyon.

Sa katahimikan ng seremonya, pinangunahan nina 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧, 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒍𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒚𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕 𝑨𝒈𝒉𝒂𝒎, at 𝐃𝐫. 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐀. Sa kanilang sama-samang pagdalo, naging paalala na ang paghubog ng kinabukasan ay nagsisimula sa pagkilala sa wikang nag-uugnay sa ating pinagmulan at sa layuning ating pinagsasaluhan.

At nang magsimulang magsalita ang katahimikan sa tinig ni 𝑨𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒆 𝑪𝒆𝒃𝒖 sa kanyang spoken poetry performance, naging malinaw na may mga damdaming tanging sariling wika lamang ang kayang pangalanan. Sa pagtatapos ng programa, hindi lamang isang pagdiriwang ang nabuksan, kundi isang paanyaya na sa bawat salitang ating pinipili, buhay pa rin ang kasaysayan, at sa bawat tinig na nananatili, patuloy na humihinga ang ating pagka-Pilipino.

The journey of leadership officially began as the newly elected student leaders took their oath on July 17, 2026, at the Taguig City University Auditorium. This ceremony marked more than the assumption of positions, it symbolized a commitment to serve with integrity, purpose, and accountability. As Psychology Society pledged to uphold the values of the university and lead with excellence, the event became a meaningful reminder that true leadership is measured not by the title one holds, but by the impact one creates.

Every season leaves behind a few names entrusted to carry what cannot be seen. To the newly elected officers of the Psychology Society, welcome to the place where every quiet choice becomes part of a story larger than yourselves.

Congratulations on crossing a threshold that many hoped for but only a few were called to keep. As The Psychology Society begin this journey under the guidance of their adviser, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚, may their footsteps be remembered not for how loudly they echoed, but for the paths they made possible for those who will follow.

Some storms are not meant to stop the journey, they reveal who chooses to keep walking. Grit is the quiet fire that refuses to fade, even when no one is watching. Every lasting legacy begins with a step that almost turned back.

The strongest hands are often the gentlest, for compassion carries what strength alone cannot. Service is the language spoken when no applause is expected and no spotlight is sought. As Carl Jung said, “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
