Together with Engr. Welfredo Velez Jr., 6 Electronics Engineering students from UMTC traveled to Cebu City for their Educational Tour. The tour aims to provide the students with meaningful opportunities to visit various institutions and establishments relevant to their future profession, allowing them to explore different areas of the field, gain valuable knowledge, and be exposed to real-world industry practices and professional environments.

Through this experience, the students are expected to broaden their perspectives and develop a deeper understanding of the opportunities and responsibilities that await them as future Electronics Engineers. ๐Ÿ‘ท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

โ€ŽInternship chapter unlocked! On July 3, 2026 marked a major milestone for the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Program as they were officially sent off to their internships held at AVR 1, UM-Mabini Campus. The room radiates undeniable sense of pride as faculty, peers, and families gathered to celebrate the dedication that brought these students to the starting line of their careers. The ceremony was a powerful reminder of how far these students have come, transitioning from years of intense classroom learning and demanding projects and laboratory work into the professional field and workforce.

โ€ŽAs these future engineers step into the industry, they carry with them the knowledge, resilience, and problem-solving skills built during their time on campus. A new chapter begins! On July 3, 2026, the Electronics Engineering students officially embarked on their internship journey during the Engineering Send-Off Ceremony held at the UMTC Mabini Campus. The event celebrated the dedication, perseverance, and hard work that have brought these future engineers one step closer to their professional careers. As they step into the industry to apply their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and embrace real-world experiences, we wish them confidence, success, and meaningful learning throughout their internship.
