PHILOSOPHY:
The NDC-Tagum Foundation, Inc. is anchored on the philosophy that man was created in the image of God. Therefore, the work of education is to nurture the individual after His divine similitude in order to restore in man the complete blending
of the physical, the mental/intellectual, the psycho-social, the moral and the spiritual aspects of development. VISION:
An institution of learning fully committed to produce physically, mentally, socially and spiritually developed individuals for the upbuilding of the progressive society and for the assurance of life that is to come. MISSION:
To established an excellent academic venue which shall transform the individuals to become well-balanced and fully-developed citizens through reasonable and legitimate standards of instruction, research, community involvement and spiritually related undertakings in the pursuit for meaningful and excellent education. GOALS:
The NDC-Tagum Foundation, Inc. to established a learning venue that attracts individuals to maximize their potentials in their quest for excellence in physical, intellectual, social/moral and spiritual developments;
2. to nourish the individuals with the kind of values, attitudes and skills that can prepare them for more efficient, acceptable and quality services in the society;
3. to produce the kind of graduates who shall serve with utmost devotion, loyalty, integrity and fidelity; and
4. to enhance the kind of education that is Christ-centered and spiritually lasting.
