Prioritization for New TES Slots under MC.2 Series 2024, Section 1.
1. Students from households included in the most updated Listahanan of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) or any other recognized beneficiary-targeting system, enrolled in SUCs, LUCs, or Private HEIs including PNSL, ranked according to household per capita income.

2. Students from other poor households including students in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), based on the list provided by the DSWD, ranked according to household per capita income for all SUCs, LUCs, and Private HEIs, including PNSL.

3. If there are remaining slots, other low-income students in Private HEIs located in cities or municipalities without SUCs or LUCs (PNSL), who are not included in the 1st and 2nd prioritization categories.

Note: Applications for TES do not automatically guarantee eligibility or qualification, as they are subject to the qualifications and availability of funds.

Pursuant to Memorandum from the Office of the Executive Director No. 1076, Series of 2026, qualified incoming freshmen may submit their scholarship applications through the Online CMSP Application Portal from 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.
