Last Monday, July 20, 2026, the vibrant sounds of the ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐๐บ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ด๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ echoed across the campus as they officially opened the Talisay City College Kick-Off Ceremony 2026, welcoming students, faculty, administrators, and staff to the beginning of another promising academic year. Their spirited performance created an atmosphere of excitement and school pride, marking the start of the institution's annual tradition.
The ceremony continued with the Flag Ceremony, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the Talisay City Hymn, symbolizing patriotism, unity, and the strong identity shared by every Talisalites. The ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ then captivated the audience with a lively cultural performance that energized the crowd and set the tone for the rest of the program.
A major highlight of the ceremony was the ๐ง๐๐ ๐.๐.๐.๐.๐ก.๐ฆ., the institutionalized clean-up drive program by the OSAS, authored by the OSAS Director, Dr. Jennilyn D. Geagonia. Rationalizing it was the new ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ค ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐๐, ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ง๐๐. Through the initiative, the college reaffirmed its commitment to cultivating a cleaner, greener, safer, and more student-friendly campus while encouraging every Talisalites to actively participate in environmental stewardship and responsible citizenship.

The ceremony then continued with the singing of the Talisay City College Hymn, reaffirming the institution's values, unity, and commitment to excellence.
