In response to the ongoing fuel and power crisis and in support of government energy conservation initiatives, this is to inform all concerned that the CNSC Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Learning shall be implemented effective today, April 13, 2026.

To ensure the continuous delivery of instruction, the College shall adopt a flexible learning approach through a blended modality structured as follows:

Mondays and Tuesdays - Onsite Classes (Face-To-Face Classes);
Wednesdays and Thursdays - Online Classes (Synchronous), and;
Fridays - Asynchronous Learning Modality

All faculty members are expected to align their class delivery, instructional materials, and learning activities with this schedule. Deans and Campus Directors are likewise enjoined to monitor compliance and provide necessary support to ensure effective implementation.
