It robs women and children of their safety, dignity, and basic human rights, leaving lasting physical, emotional, and psychological scars that extend beyond the individual and into families and communities.

The 𝟭𝟴-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗔𝗪𝗖 serves as a powerful reminder that preventing violence is a shared responsibility. This campaign raises awareness, promotes education, and encourages people to speak up, support survivors, and take action toward creating safer spaces where women and children are protected and respected.

Across the world, millions are forced to delay care because they cannot afford it. Others travel long distances to reach facilities. Many face shortages of medicines or trained health workers. And too many struggle in silence because they simply do not know what services are available.

Raising awareness helps break these barriers. When people understand their health rights, they are better able to seek care. When communities are informed, they can demand stronger services. When leaders recognize the gaps, they can take meaningful action.

UHC is about supporting families, protecting children, empowering women, safeguarding elders, and strengthening societies.It is about making sure care is not a privilege, but a universal foundation for well-being and growth.

This month serves as a vital reminder of the ongoing efforts to combat malaria, through education, prevention, early detection, and community cooperation. We recognize the dedication of healthcare professionals, advocates, and communities who continuously work toward a malaria-free future.

The 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀’ 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 proudly participated in the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗢 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, held from November 21 to 23 at Forest Crest Nature Hotel and Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas. Guided by the theme “𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘗𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵, 𝘗𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺,” the organization stood among passionate young leaders dedicated to meaningful change. Their presence reflected the commitment of nursing students to represent the profession with purpose and integrity.

During the assembly, the NSO was awarded a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 as a 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 of the UNESCO Clubs. This recognition symbolizes their continuous dedication to upholding the values and ideals of UNESCO in all their initiatives. With this honor, the organization strengthened its resolve to lead with compassion, responsibility, and global-mindedness.

Through their active engagement in diverse sessions and collaborations, NSO members ignited a deeper passion for servant leadership. Their participation fostered partnerships that nurture global consciousness, civic responsibility, and leadership prepared for the challenges of the future.
