𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Society of Information Technology Students (SITeS), together with the IT class officers, reinforced their profound commitment to environmental stewardship and community welfare by successfully conducting a highly impactful Coastal Clean-up Drive, November 21.

This collective effort saw the dedicated student leaders working diligently to clear debris and waste from the shoreline of Brgy. Magay, Tanauan, Leyte, showcasing their active role in promoting a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable coastal environment for the local residents and the entire community.

The EVSU-TC Society of Information Technology Students (SITES) recognizes and observes October 20th as a Special Holiday in the Province of Leyte.

This observance is in accordance with Republic Act No. 1745, which declares every 20th of October a special holiday to commemorate the historical significance of the Leyte Landing—a pivotal event during World War II that marked the beginning of the liberation of the Philippines.

We celebrate our IT students who proposed the development of the Legal Document Issuance System (LDIS) to the Tanauan LGU!

This proposed system aims to create a faster and more efficient process for certifications, particularly within the Business Permit and Licensing Section (BPLS). A big thank you to Mayor Ma. Gina Merilo and the BPLS staff for their support and for encouraging our youth to use their skills to help the community.

Our students are not just learning theory—they are actively applying their skills to drive efficiency and transparency in our LGUs. Keep soaring, SITeS students!
