GENERAL ASSEMBLY | FIRST SEMESTER A.Y. 2026–2027

A new semester‚ a new chapter‚ and another opportunity to grow together as one IT community. The Society of Information Technology Students (SITeS) held its General Assembly at the Multi-Purpose Covered Court of Eastern Visayas State University – Tanauan Campus on August 20‚ 2026.

The assembly brought together BSIT students for important updates‚ accomplishment reports‚ and the presentation of the new SITeS officers for A.Y. 2026–2027.

A brief overview of the IT curriculum was also given by Dr. Aljon L. Abines‚ providing students with a better understanding of the program and what lies ahead in their academic journey.

As we move forward into another academic year‚ may we continue to uphold excellence‚ virtue‚ service‚ and unity as one SITeS community.

As the new academic year begins, the SITeS Officers welcomed the BS Information Technology First Year students through their first meeting and election of class officers.

The officers also prepared a simple welcome token to show their support as they begin their journey in the IT community.

BSIT STUDENTS IN ACTION!

The BSIT students of EVSU–Tanauan Campus took part in the Campus Clean-Up Drive on August 12, 2026, coming together to help keep our campus clean, safe, and welcoming.

Beyond the classroom, our students continue to show that being an IT student also means being an active and responsible member of the community.
