✅ WHO CAN APPLY?
Incoming freshmen with a Senior High School General Average of at least 90% and above.

📋 REQUIREMENTS:
• Certificate of Registration (COR/Reg Form) marked as “Enrolled”
• Copy of Senior High School grades showing a minimum average of 90%
• Good Moral Character Certificate
• Certificate of Ranking (for Top 1, Top 2, and Top 3 graduates only)
• One (1) long brown envelope

📍 SUBMISSION DETAILS:
Submit your complete requirements to the Admission/Scholarship Office starting tomorrow, June 19, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Deadline of Application: June 26, 2026

✍️ Please write your FULL NAME, COURSE, and CONTACT NUMBER on the long brown envelope.

• Ensure all photocopies are clear and readable.
• The COR must be marked as “Enrolled.”
