𝗔 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥: 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥.

This 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, take a moment to remind yourself and the people around you that they are loved, valued, and never alone. Check in on a friend, listen without judgment, and let them know that it’s okay to ask for help.

Sometimes, a little kindness can make someone’s day feel a little lighter. Let’s be there for one another, one conversation at a time.
