ANNOUNCEMENT | Schedule and Process of the Enrollment for 2nd Semester, A.Y. 2022-2023
Those students who are within the region may opt for a face-to-face enrollment while students who are distantly situated (e.g. outside the region/country location) can have the online enrollment process.
FACE-TO-FACE ENROLLMENT PROCESS (Freshmen/Transferees):
STEP 1 - Submit your admission requirements to the SAO window at the Registrar's Office, then fill-out the Admission form and return it to the SAO Staff. Then wait for your School ID # to be given by the SAO staff before your proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2 - Proceed to the Graduate School Office and ask the staff at window 1 or window 2 for a copy of the enrollment form.
STEP 3 - Fill-out the enrollment form and return it to the Graduate School Staff. Then wait for the Assessment Slip to be given by the GS Staff before you proceed to step 4.
STEP 4 - Proceed to the Cashier's Office for payment. Minimum down payment is php1,000.00
STEP 5 - Proceed to the Registrar's Office and submit the Assessment Slip and wait for a copy of your COR (Certificate of Registration).
STEP 6 - CONGRATULATIONS! You are now officially enrolled.

STEP 1 - Proceed to the Graduate School Office and ask the staff at window 1 or window 2 for a copy of the enrollment form.
STEP 2 - Fill-out the enrollment form and return it to the Graduate School Staff then wait for the Assessment Slip to be given by the GS Staff before you proceed to step 3.
STEP 3 - Proceed to the Cashier's Office for payment. Minimum down payment is php1,000.00.
STEP 4 - Proceed to the Registrar's Office and submit the Assessment Slip and wait for a copy of your COR (Certificate of Registration).
STEP 5 - CONGRATULATIONS! You are now officially enrolled.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCESS (Freshmen/Transferees):
STEP 1 - Click the google form link (https://forms.gle/95RK6pYrZrgWYuYCA) and fill-out the form with the correct data and click submit. Then, wait for an email confirmation from the Graduate School Office before you proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2 - After receiving an email confirmation, click the link below to navigate Student's Online Enrollment Portal: (https://dgdiary.com/admin/FeeModuleWebN/user/login.php).
STEP 3 - Login using your active mobile number registered in Step 1. Click "Get OTP" button and wait for a One-Time-Password (OTP) to be sent to you via text/email, then click the "Verify OTP" button to access your account and Click the "ENTER" button.
STEP 4 - Click the "Enrollment" tab> Select "Curriculum">Select subject/s offered this sem. that you wish to enroll>Select " Freshmen/Transferee">Attach a scanned copy of the required documents (TOR, PSA Birth Cert., Entrance Examination Result & Marriage Cert. if married woman) >Click "Next" Button>Click "Apply" button.
STEP 5 - To monitor the status of your applied subject/s just click the "ENROLLMENT" tab then select "Application Status".
STEP 6 - If the status of your applied subject/s is/are "EVALUATED" by the program coordinator, then you may proceed to Payment. Select the "FEES" tab then click the checkbox on the left side to display the total amount (you can edit the total amount to the minimum down payment of php1,000.00), then click " Proceed to Pay" button and Select which bank or remittance center you'll send your payment. Contact the University Cashier's Office regarding your payment and send them your proof of payment.
STEP 7 - Back to step 5. Once the status of your applied subject/s is/are "APPROVED", it means you're Officially Enrolled and you may download your Certificate of Registration (COR) under the "REPORTS" tab.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCESS (Continuing/Returnees):

STEP 2 - Login to your account using your registered mobile number and wait for an OTP to be sent to you via text/email, then click "ENTER" button.
STEP 3 - Click the "Enrollment" tab>Select "Curriculum">Select subjects offered this sem. that you wish to enroll>Select "Same Institution" >Click "Next" button>Click "Apply" button.
STEP 4 - To monitor the status of your applied subject/s just click the "ENROLLMENT" tab then select "Application Status".
STEP 5 - If the status of your applied subject/s is/are "EVALUATED" by the program coordinator, then you may proceed to Payment.
