The summit, co-presented by the All U.P. Academic Employees Union and ACT Teachers Party-List, brought together faculty and staff organizations from across the Visayas and Mindanao to share experiences, discuss common concerns, and strengthen collective efforts toward advancing faculty welfare and quality public higher education.

The orientation served as a venue to discuss the approved provisions of the UNMFA Constitution and By-Laws, particularly those related to membership, faculty welfare, professional support, and participation in association initiatives. The activity also provided an opportunity for meaningful dialogue through an open forum where participants shared questions, insights, and concerns.

This landmark recognition highlights the institutionโ€™s continued pursuit of excellence and its unwavering commitment to quality higher education.
