The webinar featured Dr. Anna C. Bocar as the resource speaker, who shared insights on emerging trends, essential skills, and career opportunities shaping the future of HRM. 𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞, 𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗞 | 𝗶𝗛𝗨𝗕 𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗘

Aspiring entrepreneurs from Tangub City Global College joined fellow innovators from across Northern Mindanao at iHUB IGNITE (Ideas' Gateway for Nurturing Innovation and Entrepreneurship), the official pre-incubation program of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Northern Mindanao Innovation Hub (iHUB) Network, held last September 24 and 25, 2026 in Northern Mindanao.

The two-day program equipped emerging entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to turn innovative ideas into viable ventures. Participants took part in learning sessions, discussions, and collaborative activities centered on identifying real problems worth solving, with speakers from CDObites emphasizing the value of finding "severely painful" problems, challenges that affect many people and create strong demand for solutions, as opportunities for building sustainable and profitable innovations. Accompanying the students in this endeavor were Program Head and JAMEX Adviser Prof. Junmark D. Castaño, Prof. Michelle Rose F. Marquez, and Prof. Hanzel D. Nietes, who supported every step of the way.
