The Tangub City Global College – Institute of Business and Financial Services proudly extends its heartfelt congratulations to our outstanding student researchers Macartney L. Caber, Claire T. Saquin, and Kathlyn M. Gabrinez, together with their research adviser Prof. Jasmine O. Beloy, MBA, MPA, CFMS for the successful publication of their study titled:

“Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction on the Delivery Service of SPX Express Courier in Tangub City.”

The study revealed that customers generally perceived high value in SPX Express services and expressed a high level of satisfaction with their overall delivery experience.

The findings emphasize the importance of continuously improving service quality, particularly timeliness, to meet customer expectations and enhance customer satisfaction. This research contributes to SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by promoting efficient, reliable, and customer-centered delivery services.

Another milestone has been achieved by the 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 as they successfully conducted the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 for the program’s first-ever Community Academic Extension Services (CAES), together with the IBFS Faculty, ISC Officers, and JFINEX Officers, under the guidance and leadership of the CAES Coordinator, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗔. 𝗔𝗹𝗼, 𝗠𝗕𝗔. The event was held today at the TCGC Activity Hall.✨

We extend our sincere gratitude to the ever-supportive IBFS Dean, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝘆𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗬. 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, 𝗠𝗕𝗔, 𝗠𝗕𝗔-𝗛𝗛𝗔, 𝗗𝗠, and to our dedicated Financial Management Program Head, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗝𝗮𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢. The Junior Financial Executives (JFINEX) under the Institute of Business and Financial Services (IBFS) of Tangub City Global College are currently conducting a Community Needs Assessment at the TCGC Activity Hall as part of their Community Academic Extension Services initiative.

The activity gathers participants for discussions and assessments focused on identifying community concerns and developing responsive, service-oriented programs. The program also highlights collaboration, leadership, and practical engagement among Financial Management students and organizers.

Through this initiative, JFINEX continues to strengthen its commitment to community involvement by promoting meaningful academic extension services that connect learning with real-world needs.
