RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION OF AN EAGLE

Article 4 Section 1

THE PHILIPPINE EAGLES shall be:

E - Enlightened and innovative humanitarians
A - Animated primarily by a strong bond of brotherhood and fraternal ties
G - God-loving, non-sectarian
L - Law – abiding, liberty-oriented, non-political
E - Emblazed with intense mission of
S - Service to country, its people and its community

BILL OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION (BOOK 3 EMC 1998)

A. RIGHTS
Sec. 1 - Chartered Eagles Club in good standing shall have and enjoy the same rights and privileges under this Magna Carta.
Sec. 2 - Membership to any duly chartered Eagles Club shall be protected. Such membership, although voluntary, shall be perpetually fraternal.
Sec. 3 - No Eagles shall be expelled from his club for any reason whatever. In case of any momentary irreconcilable conflict or difference with his club, with his fellow Eagles, or with the Philippine Eagles, he may be allowed to take a sporting gesture of leave of absence. He may promptly reactivate such membership upon cessation or resolution of such conflict or difference.
Sec-3a Sanction to erring club members. Any erring club members may be SUSPENDED or EXPELLED or meted out appropriate sanctions by his club for any act which it may deem inimical, harmful or prejudicial to the interest of the club or to the Philippine Eagles.
Sec. 4 - Every Eagle shall have the right to choose his club chapter.
Sec. 5 - Every Eagle shall freely and openly express his views and opinions but his divergent views and opinions shall always yield to the view of majority.

B. OBLIGATIONS

Sec. 1 - Every Eagles Club shall have the obligation to keep its membership ALWAYS in good standing.
Sec. 2 - Every Eagles Club shall be committed to undertake annually at least one (1) community project that shall be beneficial to the community.
Sec. 3 - Every Eagle shall be fraternally committed to help his brother Eagle.
Sec. 4 - Every Eagle shall have and develop a strong faith and belief in and adherence to his club and to the Philippine Eagles.
Sec. 5 - As a fraternal organization, no conflict or difference shall remain permanent among Eagles, their Clubs and the Philippine Eagles.

Every Eagle shall adhere to this positive thinking and belief.

Cavite Patriots Eagles Club (CaPEC) once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to Community Service through successful conduct of DENTAL MISSION yesterday March 26, 2026, providing free dental services to our community at Precious Ville Subdivision in Naic, Cavite.

Our sincerest thanks to Ate Kagawad Venus Buendia for her unwavering support and valuable contribution on this activity.

The Club also extends its profound gratitude to Dra. Joyce Chelzea Bautista and Dra. Rose Jun Arcillas our volunteer dentist, whose professionalism, kindness and dedication brought quality dental care directly to the community.

Together we continue to serve with compassion, unity and purpose.

The CALABARZON MOTHER REGION successfully held its 1st Regional Assembly last March21.2026 at Hiromitsu Pacita Presided by our own Regional Governor Kuya Mar Vin Marvin Gonzales. The assembly focused on providing updates from National, sharing Regional directives and aligning priorities for EY: 2026. The open forum sparked collaboration, fresh ideas, and strong inter-club unity.

A standout miment was the awarding of certificate, celebrating the unwavering dedication and active participation of each clubs.

The Cavite Patriots Eagles Club proudly completed its community Service initiatives for the month of February!

1. Support for a fire-affected kuya - brgy. Postema Sahud-Ulan, Tanza
-we extended cash assistance to our fellow Eagle who recently affected by a fire incident. In challenging times, brotherhood remains our strongest foundation.

2. Coconut Tree Planting - Ibayo Estacion, Naic
-our members planted coconut trees as part of our environmental stewardship efforts. A small step today for a greener Cavite Tomorrow.

3. Feeding Program for the children of Ibayo Estacion Naic
-while tree planting was ongoing, we also held a feeding program for the local children. Special thanks to Kagawad Ate Venus Buendia for her support and partnership in making this possible!

TOGETHER, WE UPLIFT COMMUNITIES, PROTECT ENVIRONMENT AND EXTEND COMPASSION WHEREVER IT IS NEEDED!

Cavite Patriots Eagles Club goes to Brgy. Ibayo, Naic, Cavite to render community service to the fire victim to the said barangay. Cash donations was given to help their needs in this difficult times.
