Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application for Academic Year 2025–2026 is Now Open!
All interested students are invited to apply for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) for A.Y. 2025–2026. To proceed with the application, please accomplish the Google Form provided below or by scanning the QR code, using your official CvSU account:

📌 Prioritization for New TES Slots
Based on MC.2 Series of 2024, Section 1, new TES beneficiaries will be prioritized as follows:
1. Student from households included in the most updated Listahanan of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) or any other recognized beneficiary-targeting system, enrolled in SUCs, LUCs, or Private HEIs including PNSL, ranked according to household per capita income.
2. Students from other poor households including students in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), based on the list provided by the DSWD, ranked according to household per capita income for all SUCs, LUCs, and Private HEIs, including PNSL.
3. If there are remaining slots, other low-income students in Private HEIs located in cities or municipalities without SUCs or LUCs (PNSL), who are not included in the 1st and 2nd prioritization categories.
📌 Important Reminders:
• Submitting an application does NOT guarantee automatic qualification, as all applications are subject to screening, prioritization, and fund availability.
• Students currently receiving TES, TDP, or any other government or private scholarship are NOT eligible to apply.
• Application Period: November 18 – 21, 2025
• Deadline of Submission is November 21, 2025 (11:59 PM)
