Ninoy Aquino stood as a symbol of courage and conviction during one of the most significant chapters in Philippine history. His commitment to democracy, freedom, and the Filipino people continues to remind us that meaningful change begins with the courage to stand for what is right.

As we remember his life and sacrifice, may we also reflect on the values that he represented—love for country, courage, integrity, freedom, and service to the Filipino people.

Due to the continuing inclement weather brought by the Habagat, FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES ARE SUSPENDED tomorrow, Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Your safety remains our top priority. We encourage everyone to stay home whenever possible, avoid unnecessary travel, and continue monitoring official school and weather updates.

Due to the continuing inclement weather brought by the Habagat, FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES ARE SUSPENDED today, Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

🏢 OFFICE OPERATIONS ARE ALSO CLOSED for the day.

While the weather may keep us indoors, let’s continue to prioritize safety, preparedness, and well-being. Use this time to stay at home, monitor official weather advisories, and remain connected with your teachers and school announcements for any updates regarding your classes and activities.

🔌 If flooding becomes a risk, keep electrical appliances away from water and follow proper safety precautions.

Due to the inclement weather brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), and with the safety of our students, faculty, and staff as our top priority, please be advised that FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES ARE SUSPENDED on:

📅 TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2026

🏢 AICS OFFICE OPERATIONS ARE ALSO CLOSED for the day.

We strongly encourage everyone to STAY HOME, STAY SAFE, AND AVOID UNNECESSARY TRAVEL, especially in areas experiencing heavy rainfall, flooding, or hazardous road conditions.

⚠️ HEALTH & SAFETY REMINDERS

As flooding and continuous rainfall may increase the risk of waterborne and vector-borne diseases, please remember to:

💧 Drink safe and clean water. Avoid drinking untreated water or water that may have been contaminated by floodwater.

🧼 Wash your hands frequently with soap and clean water, especially before eating and after coming into contact with potentially contaminated surfaces.

🍲 Eat well-cooked food and keep food properly covered to prevent contamination.

🧹 Keep your surroundings clean and free from stagnant water, which can become a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

🥾 Avoid wading through floodwater whenever possible. If unavoidable, use appropriate protective gear and clean yourself thoroughly afterward.

🚨 BE AWARE OF FLOOD-RELATED DISEASES

🦠 Leptospirosis – Can occur after exposure to floodwater contaminated with animal urine. Watch for symptoms such as fever, headache, muscle pain, and vomiting.

💦 Diarrhea – Contaminated food or water can cause diarrhea, stomach pain, and dehydration.

🦟 Dengue – Mosquitoes can spread dengue, which may cause high fever, body aches, rash, and joint pain.

🩹 Skin Infections – Exposure to dirty or contaminated water may lead to skin irritation, rashes, itching, and other infections.

Please remember: Your safety comes first. No class, appointment, or errand is more important than keeping yourself and your loved ones safe during severe weather.

Dear AICSians,

Your safety will always come first. Due to the continuous rainy weather, the Summative Examination originally scheduled for this week has been rescheduled. The new examination date will be announced soon.
But remember—this is not a reason to stop preparing. Instead, think of it as an opportunity to review a little more, strengthen your understanding, and walk into your exam with greater confidence.
