𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗬𝗮𝗽: 𝗗𝘂𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀:

Not all heroes wear capes; some roll up their sleeves.

The Tarlac Provincial Blood Council proudly celebrated the 1st Gawad Serbisyong MaYap: Dugong Buhay Awards at the Tarlac City Plazuela, honoring selfless blood donors, organizations, and partners who continuously answer the call to give blood and give life on September 15, 2026. The Tarlac State University – Federation of Red Cross Youth Council along with TSU- COS Red Cross Youth Council was one of the organizations that have been given a recognition award for their unwavering support and active mobilization of blood donors, which have been vital to this life-saving mission.

The event was graced by PRC Chairman & CEO Hon. Richard J. Gordon together with Sec. Gen. Dr. Gwendolyn T. Pang, and made possible through the leadership of Gov. Christian Yap, with Vice Gov. Estelita Aquino, Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap, municipal mayors, and PRC-Tarlac Chapter leaders in attendance. More than an awarding, Dugong Buhay is a celebration of every heart that gives freely and every hand that serves.

To every blood donor in Tarlac, this recognition is for you. Your single drop of blood can be the reason someone gets a second chance at life.🩸
