For the Battle of the Bands, the 200 tickets allocated to the College shall be distributed through a ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž, ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž๐ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ.

However, in claiming a ticket, the individual shall be required to submit ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐š๐ฌ ๐ง๐š ๐ค๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ซ ๐Ÿ/๐Ÿ’ ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐›๐จ๐š๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ/๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž, which shall be collected by the College of Science Student Council.

This arrangement was approved in consideration of the College's need for additional materials for the ๐…๐ฅ๐จ๐š๐ญ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, particularly the construction and preparation of the College's official float.

The ticket distribution shall likewise be open to ๐›๐จ๐ญ๐ก ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐š๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, subject to the first come, first served arrangement and the corresponding material requirement.

The approved distribution scheme is intended to ensure that the College's limited ticket allocation is utilized strategically while allowing students, faculty members, student leaders, and recognized organizations to participate in and support the various University Foundation Week activities.

All concerned are requested to observe the prescribed allocation and claiming procedures to ensure an orderly and equitable distribution of tickets.

The College of Science Student Council shall facilitate the implementation and monitoring of the approved ticket distribution.
