We are honored to introduce two brilliant minds who will guide, mentor, and inspire us in this year’s academic journey, A.Y. 2025–2026 — as they embody beauty, elegance, and brilliance.

𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗥𝘂𝗯𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗣. 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗻, 𝗝𝗗. A graduate of the University of the Philippines – Baguio with a BA in Social Sciences Major in Economics, Minor in Political Science, and a Juris Doctor from Tarlac State University, Atty. Vinluan is a newly admitted lawyer (Bar 2024) who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is a MAMLAO Legal Aid Service Awardee (2023), co-author of three academic modules, and a dedicated instructor at Tarlac State University. With her expertise in teaching, mentoring, and fostering critical thinking, she is set to elevate our debate program to new heights.

𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗣. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, 𝗝𝗗. A proud alumna of Tarlac State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education in English and Juris Doctor degree, Atty. Balilia is a Justice Jose C. Dela Rama Sr. Law Foundation Scholar and a newly admitted lawyer (Bar 2023). Her career spans teaching, legal practice, and advocacy for gender equality and human rights. With experience as a Mooting and Debate Society Chairperson, educator, and lawyer at Yambao Yambao & Associates, she brings both passion and expertise to her role.

Another year, together, Atty. Vinluan and Atty. Balilia will guide our organization towards excellence in debate, critical thinking, and personal growth. Let us warmly welcome them as they lead us into an exciting year ahead! 🎤❤️

To our very first President, Via Kayla L. Cerezo, congratulations! From the very beginning, you didn’t just lead — you inspired. You built something out of nothing and turned a dream into a stage where voices found courage, truth found power, and young debaters found a family.

Your leadership was never about titles. It was about heart.

You didn’t just build an organization — you built a home.

It's been an incredible term for our debate organization, and we owe a massive thank you to our phenomenal executive officers! Every successful event, every spirited debate, and every single opportunity for growth within our organization sprang from your tireless dedication and selfless commitment. You didn't just facilitate; you poured your hearts into nurturing a supportive community, and for that, we are eternally thankful.
