The College of Business Administration traces its origins back to 1904, when the Manila Business School was established to cater to the needs of businesses in Manila. It became the Philippine School of Commerce in 1908. This institution promoted entrepreneurship and trained successful businessmen and national leaders to meet the growing demands of the business sector.

The College was formally organized as a regular business college in 1958, introducing several departments and offering new degree programs such as marketing, economics, and management. Eventually, the Philippine College of Commerce became the Polytechnic College of the Philippines (PUP).

This has led to what we are part of today, KaBAyans—the College of Business and Accountancy.

Today, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we commemorate the 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿, honoring the bravery and sacrifice of the Filipino and American soldiers who fought during World War II as well as those who endured the horrors of the Bataan Death March. Their courage, resilience, and love for our country became a symbol of true heroism in the face of adversity.

KaBAyans, let us remember and pay tribute to the heroes who stood fearless for our freedom. May their legacy continue to inspire us to uphold unity, and patriotism in building a stronger nation.
