Excellence is not achieved by chance, it is earned through unwavering commitment, relentless pursuit of quality, and a shared vision of academic distinction. Once again, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) marks another remarkable milestone as the Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering (BSGE) under the College of Engineering and Technology (CET) successfully secured its Level III Re-Accredited Status after passing Phase 1 of the Fourth Survey Visit, as recommended by the AACCUP Board of Trustees. The program's accreditation is valid from 01 May 2026 to 30 April 2027, reaffirming TAU's steadfast commitment to delivering quality engineering education and continuously exceeding the standards of academic excellence. The program is set to undergo Phase 2 of the accreditation process, further demonstrating the University's unwavering dedication to institutional quality and continuous improvement.
Expressing profound gratitude for the University's latest achievement, TAU President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson lauded the collective efforts of the College of Engineering and Technology, emphasizing that this recognition reflects the University's enduring culture of excellence and its commitment to producing globally competent and socially responsive professionals. He likewise commended the unwavering dedication of the faculty, staff, students, alumni, and stakeholders whose invaluable contributions made this milestone possible. The entire TAU community also extends its warmest congratulations to CET Dean Dr. Ruben A. Parazo, the BS Geodetic Engineering faculty, students, alumni, and partners for bringing another honor to the University through this significant accomplishment.
More than a seal of quality, this Level III Re-Accredited Status stands as a powerful testament that TAU continues to raise the bar in engineering education transforming aspirations into achievements, setting new benchmarks of excellence, and producing geodetic engineers who will map the nation's progress and help build a more resilient and sustainable future.
