There are days when life’s waves feel overwhelming, the journey exhausting, and the pain too heavy to carry.

Yet, here you are. You have survived moments you once thought you couldn't, keeping your head above water through the roughest storms.

Remember: Strength isn't always doing it alone. Asking for help is an act of bravery.

Support saves lives. Sometimes, being there means reaching out, listening without judgment, or simply sitting beside someone until the waters calm.
