Tarlac School of Arts and Trade, Inc. (TSAT) would like to inform the public, students, graduates, trainees, and all concerned individuals that we have received reports regarding a person and/or dummy account allegedly using the name of TSAT and claiming to be connected or employed with our institution for TESDA-related transactions.
Please be advised that:
• TSAT DOES NOT authorize any individual to collect payments, process renewals, assessments, or TESDA certifications through personal accounts, dummy accounts, or unofficial transactions.
• The Facebook account named “Michael Domingo” and the mobile number shown in the screenshots are NOT officially connected, affiliated, employed, or authorized by TSAT to conduct any transaction on behalf of the school.
• Any transaction made through unauthorized persons is at your own risk.
• Official inquiries, assessments, enrollments, and TESDA-related concerns should only be processed through TSAT’s official office, official page, and authorized school representatives.
We strongly encourage everyone to:
✔ Verify the legitimacy of any person claiming to represent TSAT
✔ Avoid sending payments to personal accounts or unverified contacts
✔ Report suspicious messages, offers, or transactions immediately to TSAT administration
