1. Magtungo sa SLSU Tayabas simula May 11, 2026 upang mag-apply ng reconsideration.
2. I-present ang Reconsideration Form, Waiver, Examination permit at Academic Record.
3. Maghintay ng approval mula sa Student Admission Office.
4. Ang mga approved application for reconsideration ay ipo-post dito sa FB Page ng SLSU Tayabas.
5. Kapag na-approve ang application, maaari na mag-confirm ng slot at mag-sumite ng mga documentary requirements (nasa comment section ang mga kailangan).

The Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) achieved a significant legislative milestone after House Bill No. 8061, “An Act Converting the Southern Luzon State University Extension Campuses in the Municipalities of Infanta and Polillo, and the City of Tayabas, Province of Quezon, into Regular Campuses,” authored by Rep. Wilfrido Mark M. Enverga, successfully passed initial deliberation before the House Committee on Higher and Technical Education, on May 5.
