The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (BSIT) students and faculty participated in a three-day, 20-hour training on 𝗣𝗛𝗣 𝗪𝗲𝗯 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 4, conducted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

The training was coordinated through 𝗠𝗿. 𝗙𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗞𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗛. 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗮, PDO I, DICT Quezon, and facilitated by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗹𝗲, who provided technical discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities throughout the training.

The training aimed to enhance the participants’ knowledge and practical skills in web application development, particularly in applying the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. It covered essential topics such as PHP Programming, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Database Management Systems (DBMS), and basic web development concepts.

Through the three-day training, BSIT students and faculty gained practical experience in applying fundamental and advanced web development concepts and utilizing the CodeIgniter 4 framework to develop structured and functional web applications.

The activity reflects the program’s continuing commitment to enhancing technical competencies, supporting faculty and student development, and providing relevant, industry-oriented learning opportunities in the field of Information Technology and web development.
