The Del Norte Cluster of Palawan State University formally held its Installation Ceremony of the Newly Designated Dean and Campus Directors on August 11, 2026.
The ceremony was attended by Mrs. Kate S. Fenix, the newly designated Acting Campus Director of PalawanSU Taytay Campus, alongside the outgoing Acting Campus Director Prof. Severo E. Arzaga Jr., faculty, and staff members of the campus.
An opening message was delivered by Mr. Jerome T. Rafa, the Administrative Officer V of the cluster. The highlight of the program was the reading of the official designation by Dr. Maila N. Lucero, Vice President for External Campuses, followed by heartfelt acceptance speeches from Mrs. Kate S. Fenix and Mr. Reynaldo Q. Empas, Acting Cluster Dean and Campus Director of PalawanSU El Nido Campus.
Inspirational messages were delivered by Hon. Glenn D. Vallejo and University President Dr. Venzon L. Limpiada, emphasizing the importance of visionary leadership and unity in advancing the mission of Palawan State University.
The program concluded with closing remarks from outgoing Campus Director Prof. Severo E. Arzaga Jr., who expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve and extended his support to the new leadership team.
This ceremony marks a new chapter of leadership and collaboration for the Del Norte Cluster, strengthening the universityโs dedication to academic excellence and community service.
