The General Assembly shall serve as a venue to discuss important organizational matters, present reports, strengthen transparency and accountability, and reaffirm our commitment to the ideals, principles, and legacy of Phi Lambda Epsilon 1965 Fraternity and Sorority, Inc.

This Second General Assembly is convened pursuant to Article IX and Article XIII of the Constitution and By-Laws of Phi Lambda Epsilon 1965 Brotherhood Association Incorporated International and by virtue of Board Resolution No. 2026-0002 duly approved by the Board of Trustees and Board of Lambdans.
