URS Taytay Campus - Office of the Registrar The Office of the Registrar is a service department that deals with the enrollment, student records, retention, graduation and other relevant services.

The Office of the Registrar is a vital part of the University’s scholastic services. It extends academic services to students, faculty and administration. As the steward of academic records and other related documents, its core commitment is to uphold the integrity of student’s record. Moreover, this office is directly responsible for the enrollment of students every semester. It is also in-charge of the evaluation of subjects and credits and certification of students’ eligibility for graduation.

1. Present the original medical result at the Campus Clinic and secure the medical clearance slip.
2. Submission of documents must be enclosed in LONG BROWN ENVELOPE with your full name and course (see sample photo attached in the post).
3. Proceed to the Office of the Registrar and submit all the required documents. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
4. Once you submit all the necessary documents, your account will be activated on the schedule of your enrollment.
5. For qualified freshmen, please wait for you account to be activated for 1 to 2 days after you submit your documents.
6. For qualified transferees, submission and enrollment is on July 13-16, 2026 (face to face).

𝑰𝑴𝑷𝑢𝑹𝑻𝑨𝑡𝑻 𝑨𝑡𝑡𝑢𝑼𝑡π‘ͺ𝑬𝑴𝑬𝑡𝑻

1. All 2nd to 4th Year regular students of BS in Nursing are advised to check the official announcement from their Program Head/Dean regarding the enrollment procedure. Please be informed that the system will automatically enroll students from the mentioned course/year and sections will be reshuffle, so further instructions will be provided.

2. Students from other URS Campuses who are planning to transfer to the BS in Nursing are informed that there are no slots available.
