URS Taytay Campus - Office of the Registrar The Office of the Registrar is a service department that deals with the enrollment, student records, retention, graduation and other relevant services.

The Office of the Registrar is a vital part of the University’s scholastic services. It extends academic services to students, faculty and administration. As the steward of academic records and other related documents, its core commitment is to uphold the integrity of student’s record. Moreover, this office is directly responsible for the enrollment of students every semester. It is also in-charge

of the evaluation of subjects and credits and certification of students’ eligibility for graduation.

Schedule of Enrollment for 1st Semester SY 2025-2026

REMINDERS FOR QUALIFIED FRESHMEN AND TRANSFEREES
1. Present the original medical result at the Campus Clinic and secure the medical clearance slip.

2. Submission of documents must be enclosed in LONG BROWN ENVELOPE with your full name and course (see sample picture attached in the post)

3. Proceed to the Office of the Registrar and submit all the required documents. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.

4. Once you submit all the necessary documents, your account will be activated on the schedule of your enrollment.

5. Schedule of submission of requirements for incoming freshmen is on July 7-17, 2025 and Online Enrollment is on July 21-24, 2025. For qualified transferees, submission and enrollment is on July 28-31, 2025 (face-to-face enrollment).
