UA-TLMC Expands Global Opportunities Through New International Partnerships
The University of Antique – Tario-Lim Memorial Campus (UA-TLMC) continues to strengthen its international presence by establishing strategic partnerships with HR International Inc. and Marlow Navigation Philippines.
Collaboration with HR International Inc. for U.S. Cultural Exchange Programs.
Through this partnership, students from the College of Business and Management (CBM) will have the opportunity to participate in U.S.-based exchange programs such as Work and Travel USA, Internship USA, and Trainee USA (Career Development USA). These programs aim to enhance students’ cross-cultural understanding, professional skills, and global competitiveness.
The University extends its sincere appreciation to Ma’am Twetumzz Boe Arzaga for her dedication and perseverance in bringing this collaboration to fruition. It also acknowledges the significant contributions of Ma’am Vella Pascual, Sir Garryn Opong, and John Ray Montiano in making this initiative possible. The partnership is expected to provide students with meaningful international exposure and valuable career-building experiences.
MOA Signing with Marlow Navigation Phils.
UA-TLMC has also formalized its first partnership with Marlow Navigation Phils. through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing. Established in 1996, Marlow Navigation Phils. is a leading manning agency in the Philippines, specializing in the recruitment, training, and deployment of Filipino seafarers to the global maritime industry.
This collaboration is set to offer students opportunities for professional development and hands-on training in administrative and office-related functions, further equipping them with practical workplace skills.
On behalf of the University, heartfelt gratitude is extended to Sir Bernhard Paul Galvez and Ma’am Liza Manalaysay for their warm welcome and generous accommodation during the visit, as well as to the entire Marlow team for their professionalism and well-organized operations.
Through these partnerships, UA-TLMC reaffirms its commitment to expanding global linkages and enhancing the international competencies of its students.
