• Presentation of Itinerary by Feliza and group discussions:
>Option 1 > Overnight Tour > Rate Per Pax > P2,800.00
>Option 2 > Day Tour > Rate Per Pax > P2,200.00
>Mr. Morales pointed out that there’s only P600.00 difference
>Mr. Bandoja moved to choose the Overnight Tour and it was seconded in mass
>Mrs. Chin2x Tacogdoy pointed out that some places to visit are publicly managed and requires coordination with the managing entity because it is a Saturday tour. > Mrs. Feliza should ensure with the Travel Agency – Juan’s Journey Travel and Tours.
>Mrs. Chin2x Tacogdoy asked for the expected Learning Outcomes of the activity, as well as the data gathering approach/tool/technique. >Mr. Bandoja reiterated from the minutes of 28 February 2015 Meeting that the Learning Outcome should be discussed and agreed upon per course and each student should submit an Output [e.g. For MBA program, in their TQM course, the guide question is: How efficient and effective is the organization in delivering their Service(s) and/or Product(s)? Each student is free to use any data gathering approaches/tools/techniques (e.g. Interview, Checklist, Observation….) which he/she deemed appropriate under the circumstances.
>Mrs. Chin2x Tacogdoy suggested for a Group Output per Program, instead of individual output per course; to shorten the Lecture on Tourism; and to have facilitators for Workshop/Small Group Sharing/Group Output Presentation instead of just having a *Happy Hour/DINNER. >Mr. Bandoja agreed and suggested for a Culminating Activity during Happy Hour/Dinner/Socialization/Fellowship. >The body agreed that the facilitator for MBA Program is Mr. Bandoja, for MPA Program is Mrs. Chinx2 Tacogdoy, and Feliza/Cyril as the overall facilitators/Masters of Ceremony during the Culminating Activity. Each Program agreed to bring a laptop, Manila Paper, and Pentle Pen for the Culminating Activity.
>Cyril presented the CHED requirements and the necessary cost on his part for processing. >Janet moved that the processing of CHED requirements should be part of the Travel Agency services, and it was seconded in mass. >Dr. Suico informed the body that CHED requirements are just formality; the tour will go on; what’s important is, it is approved by the school administrators; the CHED approval may just follow.
>Breakfast on Day 1 and snacks for the whole duration of the tour is on the personal account of each participant.
>In case the student, for a valid reason, cannot attend the latter part of the tour: the student must still pay for the whole contribution.

> Mrs. Chin2x Tacogdoy also suggested that there must be a First Aid Kit for the whole duration of the Tour.
>Each MBA student agreed to bring pencil/pen, bond paper and camera (though Dan is the official photo documenter for the MBA Program) for data gathering and individual output, which will be shared by each student in the workshop/small group discussion during the Culminating Activity and will be included in the documentation of the MBA program` Group Output for submission. >Mr. Bandoja will coordinate with Feliza/the travel agency for the availability of projector, projector screen, sound system, and guitar.
