📢 DIAGNOSTIC EXAMINATION ANNOUNCEMENT

In line with the Board Exam Readiness Program, the College of Education will conduct the Diagnostic Examination for All First-Year Students:
📌September 18, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM- ALL BEED
📌September 25, 2026, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM- ALL BSED

📌 Please take note of the following reminders:

👉Check your posted room assignment before the examination.
👉Be at the assigned venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled examination time.
👉Wear the proper pre-board examination attire.
👉Bring your own pencils and other necessary examination
materials.
👉Be on time and follow all examination instructions and
guidelines.
👉Keep your examination area orderly and observe proper
examination conduct.
👉Bring your school ID for identification and verification.

Your participation is important as this diagnostic examination will help assess your current level of readiness and identify areas for further academic support.

Wednesday, September 9, 2026, is declared a Special Non-Working Public Holiday in the Province of Cebu and its component cities, including Toledo City, in observance of Osmeña Day, pursuant to Republic Act No. 6953, which declares September 9 of every year as a special non-working public holiday in honor of the late President Sergio Osmeña, Sr.

In view of this, there will be NO CLASSES and NO WORK at the University of the Visayas–Toledo City Campus on September 9, 2026 (Wednesday).
