The enrollment period for the 1st semester, AY 2026-2027, is extended until August 13, 2026.

All students who have not yet completed their enrollment are strongly encouraged to finalize their enrollment requirements within the extended period. Students are likewise advised to coordinate with their respective academic advisers regarding any concerns related to registration and subject enrollment.

To avoid delays and other enrollment-related concerns, students are encouraged to complete the enrollment process at the earliest possible time.

Late applications/requests will not be accepted/entertained beyond these dates.

Inquiries related to these deadlines may be coursed to the department, academic adviser, or the program in-charge (PIC) at the Registrar's Office.

| The Campus Registrar informs all continuing students of the following pre-enrollment and registration schedules and activities for this 1st Semester, AY 2026-2027.

Keep in mind to communicate with your academic adviser before proceeding with the enrollment procedures.

REMINDERS:

1. Enrollment is the primarily within the responsibility of the student. The academic advisers are mere 'adviser' for which these students can consult for their academic journey. Checking their grades in previous semesters, comlying their INCs, checking the sequence of courses, among others are sole responsibility of the student. It is the right of the academic adviser to decline the approval of the enrollment if the University Policies are not followed under merit.

2. The 1-year compliance period for INC shall only be applicable to courses which are NOT pre-requisites to higher-level course. Thus, compliance of INCs of pre-requisites must first be done before enrollment.

3. Shifting to another degree program is the discretion of the program head. Performance of the student in the previous program, number of slots in the program, among others are few of the factors that may affect the decision of the application for change of program.

4. VSU does not accept new students (freshmen, transferees, 2nd coursers, etc.) during the 2nd semester due to the absence of VSUCAT. Incoming students are accepted, upon qualifying the VSUCAT, only in the 1st semester.

We are strictly implementing these schedules to prevent disorganized procedures and haphazard approval of enrollment.

Re-extension of Pre-Registration and Submissionof Admission Credentials

After a series of consultative meetings with the VP for Academic Affairs, VP for Student Affairs and Services, and Admissions Director, the Admission Coordinator, announces the re-extension of cutoff of pre-registration and submission of admission credentials:

*** July 31, 2026 @ 5:00 PM ***

The abovementioned cutoff does not apply to qualifiers with lacking documents and have executed a notarized Assurance Form due to prolonged non-compliance brought by uncontrolled circumstances.

Submission of admission credentials shall be done immediately after pre-registration (only during workdays).

You have another chance to be an official !

ADVISORY | Please be advised that all Registrar-related services will be temporarily suspended from July 14 to July 16 to facilitate preparations for the 51st Commencement Exercises.

Regular operations and services will resume on July 17.

ADVISORY | Visayas State University Tolosa wishes to inform the general public that all Registrar-related services will be temporarily suspended on July 3, 2026, and will resume on July 6, 2026.

This temporary suspension is necessary to allow the Registrar's Office to complete preparations for the 51st Commencement Exercises and the finalization of the final list of candidates for graduation.

We encourage everyone to plan their transactions accordingly.

Worried ka ba kasi di ka nakapag-pre-register and/or submit nung mga enrollment credentials mo on or before June 11? This is your time to comply!

Upon consultation and approval of Chancellor Lauzon, the Admission Coordinator wishes to inform all VSU Tolosa CAT 2026 qualifiers (Batch 1) of the following extensions of pre-registrations and submission of enrollment credentials (see attached photo).

*** REMINDERS ***

As a reminder to all qualifiers, the pre-registration (slot confirmation) process is the 1st step of the 3-step admission-to-enrollment process of VSU Tolosa.

In the 2nd step, successfully submitted pre-registration will remain PENDING and shall be approved only if all enrollment credentials are SUBMITTED to the Registrar's Office. A Certificate of Admission (COA) will be given to the qualifier once these requirements are presented and submitted to the Registrar Staff. A regular status will be indicated in the COA if requirements are complete and in order. Otherwise, a probationary status will be given.

Finally in the 3rd step, an electronic copy of the Certificate of Registration (eCOR) will be issued to the qualifier's registered email address once he/she is officially enrolled. The eCOR will contain the list of enrolled courses, class schedules, etc.

Initially, we will be sending a blank eCOR - so DO NOT PANIC! We will update the eCOR around the 1st or 2nd week of July 2026. An official bulletin will be issued once we start updating the eCORs and on how you can check it via our Student Portal.

After 19 June 2026, all unclaimed slots will be offered to the next-in-rank qualifiers. Yes, you read that right! An additional set of qualifiers (Batch 2) will be announced soon. So, just keep posted!

We highly encourage all qualifiers to grab this chance!

The long wait is over for all open qualifiers!

Here are the open programs with available slots for which all open qualifiers can choose from to secure a slot for enrollment.

Please be advised that the BEEd, BSEd, BCAEd, BPEd, and BSFi programs are considered "closed" programs for open qualifiers as these programs have already finished their 2nd-level screening (2LS).

Starting tomorrow, 31 May 2026 at exactly 9:00 AM, the myVSU Tolosa Student Portal will reopen for all open qualifiers to secure their slot in these open programs. This is a first-register, first-served basis. Thus, slot reservations are strictly prohibited.

Kindly note that the pre-registration is a 4-part form. The last part indicates that your pre-registration is successfully submitted, and is pending for approval subject to the submission of enrollment requirements on the date/s specified in the instructional email we sent last May 19 and 20, 2026.

For qualifiers who cannot pre-register due to an error, kindly send us an email message, containg your full name, ECN, a full screenshot of the error, and a brief description of your concern, to [email protected].
