REAPPLICATION NOW OPEN! (BATCH 3)
We are now accepting walk-in reapplication applicants for the following programs:

• BS Business Administration
• BS Psychology

Important Reminders:
✅ Reapplication is open only to:
• Applicants from the Main Campus and other satellite campuses who took the entrance examination but did not qualify for their preferred program; and
• CvSU-Trece applicants who were unable to claim their Notice of Admission (NOA) on their scheduled date. Failure to claim the NOA on the assigned schedule shall be considered a cancellation of the application.
✅ Interested applicants must complete the online admission form:
https://trece.cvsu.edu.ph/admission/requirements-and-procedure
✅ Walk-in reapplication will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 50 applicants per day.
✅Please be advised that no online admission applications will be accommodated.

⚠️ Please note that program availability may change without prior notice. A program may still have available slots on the first day of reapplication but may no longer be available on the succeeding days depending on the number of qualified applicants accommodated.

Please be advised that applicants who have successfully claimed their Notice of Admission and completed their Medical Examination are requested to follow the schedule below for the Validation and Submission of Admission Requirements.

📅July 15, 2026, 8:00 am to 3:30pm
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)

📅July 16, 2026, 8:00 am to 3:30pm
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)

📅July 20, 2026, 8:00 am to 3:30pm
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT)

📅July 21, 2026, 8:00 am to 3:30pm
Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BSP)

📋 Validation Process
1. Proceed to the Campus Clinic for the validation of your medical examination results and claim your Medical Clearance.
2. After securing your Medical Clearance, proceed to the Office of the Registrar for the validation of the original copies of your admission requirements.

Note: Applicants with incomplete medical requirements will not be issued a Medical Clearance. Likewise, the Office of the Registrar will not process the admission documents of applicants with incomplete requirements. Please ensure that all required medical and admission documents are complete before reporting for validation.

Senior High School (SHS) Graduates of S.Y 2024-2025 and all succeeding years.

•Certification of Non-Issuance of Form 137 for College Admission (This certification shall prove that the applicant has never been enrolled in other university/college.) or Form 137.
•Certificate of Good Moral Character

Transferees
