Please be guided by the following directives regarding the enlistment process for the BS Nursing Program:

1. No payment or application fee is required upon submission of documents.

2. All documentary requirements indicated in the previous post must be submitted within this week. Incomplete requirements may be completed later once applicants are scheduled for the written and oral interview. However, please ensure that copies of your Grade 11 and Grade 12 grades are included in your initial submission.

3. All interested applicants who wish to secure a slot in the BS Nursing Program are requested to submit their documents from April 21–25. Only those who obtained 90-95% in the CAT

4. Initial screening and evaluation of submitted documents will be conducted during the first week of May.

5. Kindly wait for the official announcement regarding the schedule of the written and oral interview.

6. Office hours for submission are from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

In line with the mission of Cagayan State University to promote sustainability and community responsibility, BSN students took part in a meaningful initiative rooted in care beyond the classroom.

Trees were planted in their own backyards and farms, proving that change doesn’t always start big, but it starts where you are. Because for future nurses, care doesn’t stop at people. It extends to the environment, to communities, and to the generations yet to come.

Aligned with the 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙂𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙨, this activity contributes to:

Applicants for the BS in Nursing Program who obtained a 95% and above rating in the CSU CAT are hereby advised to submit the required documents to the Dean’s Office of the CSU College of Nursing, for pooling, evaluation and screening starting April 8, 2026.

Those who got 90%-94% will submit April 20 onwards.

📢 📢📢 CAGAYAN state University College of Nursing Admission Advisory for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026-2027.

📌 Applicants are advised to wait for the official result of the CSU CAT. Those who garnered 90%-99% are prioritized.

📁 Submission of Requirements

Qualified applicants must prepare a long white folder containing photocopies of the following documents:

✅Form 138 (Senior High School Grades – Grade 11 & 12; preferably STEM graduates)

✅Senior High School Certificate of Good Moral Character

✅PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

✅Printed CSU-CAT Result (preferably with a rating of 90% or above)

✅Student Profile (downloaded and printed from the CSU portal)

✅Three (3) copies of 2x2 ID picture

✅Certification from NCIP confirming membership in an indigenous group (if applicable)

✅Proof of parents' income.

🗂️ Important Reminders

🔸A written and oral interview will be conducted as part of the screening process.

🔸Original documents must be presented during the interview for verification.

🔸Submission of original copies will only be required upon official acceptance into the College of Nursing.
