OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN

We are pleased to release the official list of applicants who are qualified for the INTERVIEW PHASE for the BS Accounting Information System (BSAIS) program.

Please prepare the following documents in two (2) copies of the following: one (1) original and one (1) photocopy, and place them in a brown envelope:

• Proof of Parents’ Income
• Academic Records (Report Card or Form 137)
• College Admission Test (CAT) Result (Printed Copy)
• PWD Card (required for Persons with Disabilities applicants)
• Certificate of Indigency (issued by the Barangay)
• OWWA Certification (required especially for applicants with OFW parents)
• NCIP Card (required for Indigenous Peoples applicants)

Please make sure to keep a personal copy of all documents for your reference.
