With the theme: "Immersion in Living Water" (inspired by Ezekiel 47:1–12), the SPUP community is united in prayer, reflection, and ecological action. Grounded in Paulinian formation and ecological stewardship, this observance calls students, faculty, and administrators to deepen their commitment to environmental justice and sustainable campus practices. Through campus green initiatives, liturgical celebrations, and community extension projects focused on water conservation and ecological restoration, SPUP actively lives out its mission as a Catholic institution dedicated to safeguarding God's creation.

Information on the undertakings of 𝐒𝐏𝐔𝐏'𝐬 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐏𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑 (𝐂𝐃𝐂) and partner-agencies for AY 2026-2027 in the provinces of Cagayan and Apayao:

• 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲-𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗮𝗼 (𝗖𝗥𝗧) 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: A pilot initiative running from July to September 2026 in Barangay Barancuag, Tuao, Cagayan, designed to strengthen household resilience against typhoons, floods, and droughts through early warning systems, climate-smart farming, and cash assistance.

• 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: A healthcare program that bridges geographic barriers by sending volunteer physicians to deliver basic medical care, consultations, and health education directly to remote communities in Apayao and Cagayan.

• 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗜 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: A health system strengthening initiative aimed at improving quality primary care access across 20 disadvantaged barangays in Apayao by training local health workers and equipping community facilities.

• 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: A disaster preparedness initiative running from July 2026 to April 2027 that establishes synchronized contingency plans and anticipatory action measures for vulnerable groups in Baggao, Camalaniugan, and Gattaran.

• 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: A child protection and community transformation initiative in Luna and Flora, Apayao, designed to empower youth and families through educational support, livelihood enhancement, environmental stewardship, and disaster risk reduction.

• 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 & 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: A water and sanitation initiative running from July to September 2026 in Flora and Luna, Apayao, that provides jetmatic pumps and piping systems to 80 indigent households to enhance hygiene, prevent waterborne diseases, and support the national Zero Open Defecation campaign.

Presentation of SPUP-developed RES-Q LINK SYSTEM

: August 25, 2026 — St. Paul University Philippines officially presented the RES-Q Link System to Tuguegarao City officials, led by Mayor Maila Ting-Que. Mr. Andrei Amarles (Project Developer) showcased the platform’s capabilities, which was developed through a grant from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). Upon turnover, the system will be deployed to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) to enhance local emergency response capabilities.
