📅 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗖𝗔𝗛𝗦𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗦, 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸—𝟯 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳𝗳.✨🍀

If there’s anyone who perfectly matches CAHS energy right now, it’s Stan Pines—because he’s literally the definition of “stress but still handling business.” 💼😎 Always hustling, always thinking about the grind, and always turning chaos into opportunity. Just like CAHSIANS surviving labs, duties, and endless exams, he knows how to push through even when things get overwhelming. It’s that “𝗻𝗼 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰, 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸” mindset.

In the College of Allied Health Sciences, it’s all about resilience, grit, and doing what needs to be done even when you’re tired. Stan fits right in with that energy—rough around the edges, but sharp when it matters. Just like CAHSIANS balancing pressure and responsibilities, he proves that success comes from showing up and grinding through it. It’s very “kita-kita nalang sa finish line” energy. 😤

Just like CAHSIANS juggling labs, duties, and all the chaos side of CAHS, they know how to stay calm under pressure. It’s that lowkey confidence of handling stress without making it obvious. As Salubong 2026 gets closer, that same vibe hits—quiet hype building up behind all the chaos and preparation.

This 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we commemorate the freedom won through the courage and sacrifice of those who came before us.

In the years following independence, the Philippines began rebuilding systems shaped by colonial rule. Among these was healthcare, as the country transitioned from a colonial, American-directed healthcare system into a self-governed nationalized system that slowly expanded beyond centers of power to reach more Filipino communities in need.

As we commemorate 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆, may we remember that liberty is not only a legacy to honor but a responsibility to uphold.
