Deliberation season comes again—unannounced, yet always familiar. It lingers in the corner of our minds, the “what ifs” that echo louder than certainty. The day that feels longer, heavier, as fear wraps our thoughts—papasa ba ako? umabot ba ko sa curve? or will you once again find yourself standing at the edge, waiting, hoping, and feeling unsure?

These are the days shaped by uncertainties that we try so hard to silence, yet somehow feel all at once.

And, still despite all the uncertainties, we remain deeply rooted—like karamay tree—unyielding against the strong winds. We hold tight and dance with the winds, not because it is easy but because we refuse to be shaken. We endure it all, remain steadfast, trusting that our sacrifices and effort will finds its way to survive the storm. And when the time it ended, you will still be there becoming stronger, steadier, and more certain of the resilience that carried you through when everything else felt uncertain.

There are days when her voice comes across as firm, direct, and even a little intimidating at first. It is the kind of presence that makes people straighten up, rethink their work, and feel the weight of expectations more clearly. For some, it is easy to see only the strictness -to assume it is all about the rules, standards, and discipline. But for many, they see it clearly that she is not only asking more - she is seeing more from them,long before others do.

She is an adviser who is steady, constant, and quietly invested in everyone she guides. Her firmness is a form of care that does not always soften its edges, but is deeply real and intentional. She is like a mother who is firm when needed, but always rooted in concern and hope for growth. Even in the momens when it felt like too much pressure, there was always Ma'am Krisha -a quiet assurance underneath it all, reminding them and believing that they can do better and become better.

Ma'am Krisha, as you celebrate another year, we simply wish you moments of rest, joy, and fulfillment. May you feel appreciated not only for what you do, but for the quiet impact you leave on every one of us.
