- Is Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising socio-cultural programs and activities that promote student engagement inclusivity, creativity, and camaraderie among students within the department.

- Oversees the implementation of sports-related activities, wellness programs, and events that encourage sportsmanship among students.

- Tasked with assisting in official documentation, preparation, management of records and files, and ensuring organized administrative operations within the council.

- Provides assistance in monitoring financial transactions, preparing budget proposals, recording expenditures, and ensuring accountability and transparency in the councilโs financial management.

-Responsible for independently reviewing and verifying the councilโs financial records, cross-checking expenditures against approved budget proposals, ensuring accuracy in monetary reports, and maintaining strict internal controls to safeguard council funds and assets.

- Supports fundraising projects, sponsorship coordination, and partnership initiatives while helping ensure the sustainability of council activities and programs.

- Supports environmental projects, awareness campaigns, and sustainability initiatives that promote responsible practices within the SACE community.

- Assists in organizing community extension activities, outreach programs, and civic engagement initiatives led by the council.

- Supports the implementation of religious, spiritual, and values-oriented activities conducted by the council for students.

- Responsible for assisting in the preparation, setup, organization, and management of physical materials, equipment, and venue arrangements during activities and events.

- Provides technical and digital support for council programs, including presentations, multimedia materials, online platforms, and event-related technical concerns.

- Assists in handling publicity materials, student communications, online postings, and promotional efforts related to council activities and announcements.

- Assists in organizing sports-related events, coordinating participants, and facilitating sports activities conducted by the council.
