The conference became a meaningful space for students, educators, administrators, andinternational speakers to exchange ideas and explore how research, governance, and
collaboration can help transform global goals into meaningful actions within local communities.
The program formally began with the rationale delivered by ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐. ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐จ, CPAD Department Chair, followed by the opening remarks of ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ฌ ๐. ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฒ๐๐ , Dean of the Graduate School and College of Public Administration. A message was also delivered by ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ง, Vice President for Academic Affairs, highlighting the importance of academic engagement and collaboration in advancing education and public administration.

The sessions were complemented by open forums and question-and-answer portions, moderated by ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐จ, providing participants with an opportunity to engage, ask questions, and share perspectives with the speakers.
The program also recognized the participation of ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐, ๐๐๐, Director for Internationalization, while the closing program was led by ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐งi๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐รฑ๐๐ณ, Campus Director, IPRM. More than just an academic gathering, the international seminar reminded everyone that achieving the ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐๐ฅ๐ฌ begins not only with global commitments but also with meaningful action at the local level.
For BPA students, the experience served as an opportunity to listen, learn, engage, and become
part of a larger conversation on building more responsive, sustainable, and inclusive
communities.
From global goals to local action, the future of public administration begins with collaboration,
research, and a shared commitment to serve. BPA leaders are ready to transcend boundaries,
embrace global perspectives, and soar toward greater heights.
