The College of T
eacher Education Student Council (CTESC), as the highest governing student body of the College of Teacher Education Department, shall at all times defend and promote the general welfare of the department and future educators. As such, sovereignty resides from the Future Educators and all government power emanates from them, and not from the 11 elected officers alone. With our vision to create meaningful programs and establish an immersed and socially-aware community, the CTESC seeks to bring forth initiatives and programs that respond to the needs of the Future Educators to protect their rights and advance their welfare.

The College of Teacher Education Student Council (CTESC) shall be the highest governing student body in the college. It shall govern the accredited minor, specialized, and classroom organizations. Specifically, the CTESC shall have the following ๐ด๐ผ๐ฎ๐น๐:
โข To optimize students' knowledge, skills, and values through meaningful activities and significant projects;
โข To fortify lifelong commitment in fostering educational awareness, connectedness, and understanding through servant-leadership; and
โข To uphold integral core values and objectives of the organization. Moreover, CTESC shall establish and uphold the following ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐:
โข To initiate, organize, and implement student-centered activities for academics, socio-cultural, sports, spiritual enrichment, and outreach and community extension through worthwhile programs, policies, and activities;
โข To provide assistance to its constituents, educators, and administrators;
โข To create an online or physical environment conducive for learning;
โข To voice out and address concerns and problems of the students;
โข To coordinate with the designated college authorities
regarding student matters, affairs, and activities; and
โข To serve as a reliable information center for the
students in the college.
