Following their successful presentation at the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Development in Education, Technology, Agriculture, and Gender and Development, held on March 26–27, 2026 at Isabela State University (ISU) Main Campus in Echague, Isabela, CVM Dean Dr. Jhaysel G. Rumbaoa and CVM Department Chair and Assistant to the Dean Dr. John Michael U. Tabil brought pride and distinction to the College of Veterinary Medicine through their scholarly contribution.
The research studies presented, both led by CVM Research Coordinator Dr. Roel T. Calagui, aligned with the conference theme “Innovating across systems: gender responsive education, smart technologies, and sustainable agri-food futures,” highlighted the College’s commitment to advancing interdisciplinary approaches in veterinary education and agricultural development.
