𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙀𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙀𝙎 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙄𝙍 𝙑𝘼𝙇𝙊𝙍

On April 9, 1942, Bataan fell, a day that marks the immense sacrifices made by Filipino and American soldiers during World War II. They endured unimaginable hardships and fought with incredible bravery against overwhelming odds, especially during the Bataan Death March.

Today, we honor their bravery not just to remember how much freedom cost, but to inspire us to be courageous in our own lives, work together for what is right, and to cherish the freedom they fought so hard to protect. Remembering their valor makes us think of the true meaning of patriotism and the importance of standing strong, together, for the future of our nation.

Today, the silence of Black Saturday breaks into the loudest alleluia. Death lost its sting. Love won.

So let us celebrate not with whispers but with joy. The tomb is empty. Our hope is alive.

He is risen indeed. Happy Easter.

We stand at the foot of the cross today. Good Friday marks the hour when Jesus gave his life for us, bearing the weight of our sins in silence and love. The sky grew dark, the earth trembled, and love itself was nailed to wood. Let us hold this day not in sorrow alone but in deep gratitude for a sacrifice beyond measure.

May we remember the night when Jesus shared his final meal with his disciples this Maundy Thursday. The bread broken and the cup shared remind us of the Last Supper, when he gave himself in humble service. It was there he washed their feet and gave a new commandment to love one another.
