Per the provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 66, Series of 2025, issued by the Human Resource Development Office, the following policies are in effect:

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1000 by Malacañan Palace, September 11, 2025 (Thursday) is declared a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Tupi, South Cotabato, in commemoration of its 72nd Founding Anniversary and 16th Agten Tufi Festival.
Observance of office hours will resume on Friday, September 12, 2025.

| 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

03 September — Aiming to review all probationary employees with the school policies, the South East Asian Institute of Technology (SEAIT) Human Resource and Development Office (HRDO) conducted an employee orientation at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR).

The orientation started with the introduction of the Board of Trustees and the presentation of the school’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

The discussion then proceeds with the review of school policies such as observance of office hours, attendance, leave processing, proper decorum, professional behavior, ATM payrolling, remittances, benefits, and other privileges.

Ms. Sweet Heart Lorenzo Barrios, Human Resource and Development Officer, highlighted specific policies to remember, such as wearing ID, hair color, and professional dress code inside the campus, the request for off-campus leave, classroom management, leave credits for employees who had rendered 1 year of service.

Afterwards, the event continues with the open forum to address concerns and the contract signing.

The orientation not only refreshes the employees with school policies but also builds the foundation of creating a harmonious professional workplace for its constituents.

PRC XII AWARDS CERTIFICATE OF ACCREDITATION AS CPD PROVIDER TO SEAIT

The South East Asian Institute of Technology, Inc. (SEAIT) has formally received its Certificate of Accreditation as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provider. The accreditation as a CPD Provider was approved by the CPD Council for Professional Teachers on June 11, 2025 with a three-year validity or until June 10, 2028.

In behalf of the CPD Council for Professional Teachers, the certificate of accreditation was handover by Mr. Ronald Von D. Rivera, Chief Professional Regulations Officer of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) XII - Regulation Division to Mr. Fidel N. Braga, CPD Focal Person of SEAIT.

SEAIT may apply its capacity building activities as CPD Programs, through the CPD Accreditation System, to be granted with CPD credit units. Participants of the accredited programs may earn CPD credit units as approved by the CPD Council.

R.A. No. 10912, otherwise known as the “CPD Act of 2016”, stated that all registered and licensed professionals under the regulation of the PRC are required to earn CPD units as a mandatory requirement for the renewal of the Professional Identification Card.

PRC XII shall continue to provide support to individuals and organizations, such as firms, partnership, corporation, and government entities, who wishes to be a CPD Provider.
