The Regional Meeting of Representatives per Schools and Chapters was formally convened on September 26, 2025, at Cherry’s place (formerly operating as Tyson's Resto Bar) commencing at exactly 7:27 PM. The meeting was presided over by Brod Jomar, with the opening prayer led by Brod JP. The gathering aimed to address important organizational concerns, ensure compliance with existing laws and internal policies, and establish clear directions for chapter operations and future activities.

A primary agenda item was the strict and full enforcement of the Anti-Hazing Law, in compliance with Republic Act No. 8059 and Republic Act No. 11053. The body reiterated its zero-tolerance policy toward hazing in any form and discussed the ongoing development and completion of the fraternity’s anti-hazing by-laws. All chapters were directed to strictly follow proper initiation and membership procedures, including the implementation of a member sanitization process. Chapter representatives were instructed to facilitate the preparation, processing, and submission of all required documents, forms, and records to the Supreme Council within the prescribed period for evaluation and approval. In line with the fraternity’s objectives, monthly servicing and community-oriented projects under the fraternity name were also encouraged to promote discipline, responsibility, and public service.

Further discussions covered the standardization of formal and proper handshakes to maintain uniformity and respect among members. Issues regarding chapter usage were likewise addressed, including the proposed transition from Greek chapter names to municipality-based chapter names, the designation of interim officers or representatives per chapter, and the creation of an official organizational chart for Gamma Kins. Recommendations were made to strengthen the decision-making process by clearly defining the authority and responsibilities of officers from the highest to the lowest level. The meeting also included discussions on preparations for hosting a future convention, with an estimated preparation amount of ₱1,500 per participant. Funding policies were clarified, requiring annual contributions of ₱150 for collegiate members and ₱500 for alumni members for membership renewal, subject to approval by three designated funding officers. It was further agreed that officers and representatives shall conduct meetings on a monthly basis, while general members shall meet quarterly. The meeting was formally postponed at 9:29 PM.
