What are Evening Opportunities and Evening Classes?

Evening Opportunities, or Evening Classes, provide flexible educational pathways for individuals who are balancing work, family, or other daytime responsibilities. These programs enable students to continue their studies without disrupting their daily commitments. Instruction is primarily delivered online, supplemented by occasional face-to-face sessions. This blended learning approach enhances accessibility and allows students to progress at their own pace.

PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) Registration
The PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) is now open to all applicants. Interested candidates are encouraged to register using the following link:

After registration, applicants will receive a test permit via email indicating the schedule of their examination. Applicants are advised to monitor their inbox and check the spam folder for emails from PRMSU within three working days.

Applicants who have completed the PCET and are awaiting results may proceed to complete the admission form at the following link:

Upon submission, applicants should bring the following documents to the campus. Please note that the interview notification can be disregarded after completing the online admission form.

Required Materials:
* Four (4) expanded envelopes, color-coded according to program:
* BSED Social Studies – Blue
* BSED English – Dark Blue
* BEED – Light Blue
* BSBA – Yellow
* BSCS – Brown
* One (1) set of originals and one (1) set of photocopies of the following:
* Freshmen: Original Form 137 and/or Form 138
* Transferees: Original transcript of records or transfer credentials
* Original PSA birth certificate; PSA marriage certificate (for married applicants)
* Two (2) 2x2 ID photos taken within the last six months (attire with collar, white background, with name tag)
* Original certificate of good moral character from the last school attended
* PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) result

Campus Inquiries and Walk-In

For all inquiries regarding admission, enrollment, and related concerns, applicants are encouraged to visit the PRMSU Castillejos Campus from Monday to Thursday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Walk-in applicants may obtain additional details regarding their test permit, exam schedule, PCET results, and other requirements.

President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) has significantly advanced its global standing after ranking within the Rank 209 of the Global Top 500 Innovative Universities in the 2026 World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI), a marked improvement from its Rank 270 placement in 2025.

The announcement was made during the 6th HLU Annual Conference and WURI Global Rankings Ceremony held at National Chi Nan University, Taiwan, gathering leading universities worldwide to recognize excellence in innovation-driven education and research, May 7, 2026.

PRMSU’s upward trajectory reflects its strengthened commitment to transformative education, impactful research, and global competitiveness anchored in innovation and sustainability.

The University ranked 6th in Central Luzon, ranked 35th among SUCs in the Philippines, and ranked 62nd in the entire country in WURI 2026.

The University delivered an exceptional performance across multiple categories earning Top 100 global rankings in 17 out of 24 innovation areas, as follows:

Out of 13,211 entries submitted by 1,927 universities and higher education institutions in 96 countries worldwide, the WURI recognized only the Top 100 entries in each of the 24 categories this year.

The 2026 Guidance Office Webinar Series in Celebration of Stress Awareness Month has successfully concluded, and we extend our sincerest appreciation to everyone who became part of this meaningful whole-day learning journey. The event was organized by the Guidance and Counseling Services Office, in partnership with the College of Teacher Education, with the theme “Mula Paghinga tungo sa Pamumuno: Strengthening Well-Being, Learning, Purpose, and Leadership for Future-Ready Educators.”
