Urdaneta City University - College of Teacher Education proudly produced 17 newly Licensed Professional Teachers (Elementary Level) with an 81.82% passing rate for first-time takers surpassing the 45.41% national passing rate in the recently held September 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.
