CEA proudly joined the first session of the Leaders’ GAcaDemy!

Batch 3 officially kicked off on November 26, 2025, with a full day of learning and inspiration centered on this year’s theme: “Transcending Limitations through Transformative Leadership.”

The first session was filled with meaningful moments—from uplifting messages from our university officials to sessions that deepened our leaders’ understanding of mental health, communication, gender and development, and self-reflection.

Our JEAS President, Gabrielle Anne Lorraine Llanes, a graduate of GAcaDemy Batch 2, has encouraged the entire JEAS body to join Batch 3 so they could experience the same growth and inspiration she gained from the program.

The day ended with appreciation rites—a reminder that leadership is a continuous journey of growth and transformation.

“Naraniag A Paskua 2025"
Urdaneta City University Christmas Lighting Ceremony

The College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) shone brightly at Urdaneta City University’s annual Lighting Ceremony—an enduring tradition that welcomes the warmth of the holiday season. Within the festive glow, the ceremony became more than a display of lights; it reflected the shared vision, unity, and brilliance of the CEA community. Leaders, faculty, and students, including JEAS President Gabrielle Anne Lorraine Llanes, gathered to celebrate hope, camaraderie, and togetherness.

Our Christmas Tree “Tahi-Tahi ng Pagkakaisa”, stitched the entire celebration together—literally and symbolically. Just as each piece of cloth forms a meaningful pattern, every member of the CEA contributes to a community woven with purpose, inclusion, and mutual respect. Our Christmas Village—“Candy Cottage ng Bayanihan: Pasko para sa Lahat”—stands as a vibrant symbol of inclusion. Titled Pasko para sa Lahat, it embodies the Filipino spirit of Bayanihan, reminding us that shared joy is truly magical. Every colorful cutout and repurposed piece supports SDG 5, 10, 11, 12, and 13, proving that when a community values everyone, Christmas shines brightest.

May this enchanting celebration illuminate our path forward with hope, unity, and purposeful giving.

JEAS | 2nd General Meeting
November 05, 2025

Another productive day for the Junior Engineer and Architecture Society (JEAS) as the officers gathered for the 2nd General Meeting.

During the meeting, updates and progress were discussed regarding the organization’s projects and upcoming events. Highlights include:
🔹 Turnover of funds and financial updates
🔹 Finalization of JEAS membership fee collection to support organizational activities
🔹 Planning and coordination for upcoming fundraising activities (Bazaar)
🔹 GAcaDemy Program participation
🔹 Parol Making & Lantern Parade preparation, including budgeting and assigning PROs per department

Every suggestion was welcomed and recognized—proof of strong collaboration among officers and representatives. Together, we continue to move forward with purpose and direction.

A strong beginning for a year full of possibilities!
Marks the successful conduct of our First General Meeting, where the newly appointed officers came together with one shared goal—to build a meaningful and productive organization.

During the meeting, we:
🔹 Introduced and got to know each other — establishing rapport and fostering teamwork.
🔹 Assigned roles and responsibilities to each officer to ensure smooth operations and accountability.
🔹 Discussed and planned activities for the 1st and 2nd semester, aligning our goals with the mission of JEAS to empower aspiring engineers and architects.

The meeting was filled with fresh ideas, collaboration, and excitement for what lies ahead. We are committed to creating programs and activities that promote learning, leadership, and growth—both academically and personally.
This is only the beginning, and together we will make this academic year purposeful and impactful.
